Namuve “HOST TERMS AND CONDITIONS”
1. INTRODUCTION
A. The following terms and conditions (“Host Terms”) apply to your registration as a Host with Namuve, and to any and all services provided by Namuve to you as a registered customer (“Client”). Your registration with Namuve is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Host Terms.
B. In these Host Terms, Clients acting in their capacity as hosts, allowing their property to be occupied by guests, shall be referred to as “Hosts”, and individuals staying at such property shall be referred to as “Guests”.
C. Namuve provides services to Hosts to ensure that the property made available for occupancy by Guests (“Property”) is prepared, managed, and supported for guest stays.
D. Namuve may amend these Host Terms at any time by posting updated terms on www.namuve.com
(“Site”). All amended terms shall take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the Site or our services, you confirm acceptance of the Host Terms in force at that time.
These Host Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, as published on the Site.
2. SERVICES
A. Subject to receipt and acceptance of a valid service request (“Service Request”), Namuve agrees to provide the requested services with reasonable care and in accordance with these Host Terms.
B. A Service Request may be submitted through the Site or by contacting Namuve via official communication channels as published on the Site.
C. Service Requests should be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the intended service time. Requests submitted later may be subject to additional charges. Namuve will aim to respond to Service Requests within 24 hours of receipt.
D. Namuve may appoint subcontractors or third-party service providers (“Third Party Suppliers”) to deliver part or all of the services. The terms applicable to such third-party services shall apply in addition to these Host Terms.
3. HOST OBLIGATIONS
A. To ensure uninterrupted service, the Host agrees to:
a. Provide complete, accurate, and timely information regarding the Property, Guests, and any other information reasonably required for service delivery, including access credentials or keys where applicable;
b. Cooperate fully with Namuve and respond promptly to service-related requests;
c. Not solicit or attempt to engage, during or after the term of these Host Terms, any employee, contractor, or service provider engaged by Namuve for independent services.
B. The Host acknowledges that Namuve does not act as an insurer. The Host remains responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for the Property and its contents.
C. The Host agrees to indemnify and hold Namuve harmless against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal costs, arising from any breach of these Host Terms.
4. CHARGES AND PAYMENT
A. Invoices shall be issued for each Service Request and may include charges related to Third Party Suppliers. All charges are payable immediately upon receipt of invoice and, in all cases, prior to service commencement. Namuve reserves the right to cancel or withhold services in case of non-payment.
5. TERMINATION / CANCELLATION
A. Termination of the Client account for any reason shall result in immediate termination of these Host Terms.
B. Upon termination, Namuve shall cease providing services with immediate effect.
C. Charges for services provided up to the termination date shall remain payable upon issuance of a final invoice.
D. Service Requests may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to commencement (“Cancelled Services”). Charges paid for Cancelled Services will be refunded. No refund shall be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before service commencement.
6. LIABILITY
A. Namuve’s liability for any loss under these Host Terms shall be limited as set out herein.
B. Namuve shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including utility outages, weather events, theft, government actions, strikes, or similar circumstances.
C. Namuve shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, reputation, or anticipated savings, whether arising from contract, negligence, or otherwise, except where prohibited by law.
D. Subject to applicable law, Namuve’s total liability shall be limited to the higher of:
the cost of obtaining replacement services, or
the total charges paid by the Host in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
E. By providing access credentials or keys, the Host grants implied permission for Namuve’s staff, contractors, and agents to access the Property for service delivery.
7. MISCELLANEOUS
A. Each party confirms it has authority to enter into these Host Terms.
B. If any provision is held invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
C. These Host Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
Namuve “HOST” REFUND POLICY
This policy governs refunds applicable to Guests (“Guest Refund Policy”). Guest rights under this policy supersede any Host cancellation terms.
By using the Namuve platform as a Host or Guest, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Guest Refund Policy.
1. Travel Issue
A “Travel Issue” includes any of the following:
A. The Host cancels a booking close to the scheduled start date or fails to provide reasonable access to the Property.
B. The Property listing is materially inaccurate regarding:
- Property size or layout;
- Type of accommodation (entire unit, private room, shared space);
- Availability or condition of listed amenities;
- Physical location or proximity.
C. At check-in, the Property:
- Is not reasonably clean or sanitary;
- Presents health or safety risks;
- Lacks clean bedding or towels;
- Contains undisclosed pests or animals.
2. Guest Refund Policy
If a Travel Issue occurs, Namuve may, at its discretion:

Issue a refund up to the total amount paid, or

Arrange alternative accommodation for unused nights of similar standard.
If a booking is cancelled without a Travel Issue:

A full refund applies if cancellation occurs 14 days or more before check-in;
-
No refund applies if cancelled within 14 days of check-in.
Namuve “HOST” PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used on the Namuve platform (“Platform”).
1. Information You Provide
A. Account Information: name, email, contact details.
B. Profile Information: address, phone number, and related details.
C. Payment Information: banking or card details used for payment processing.
2. Information Collected Automatically
A. Usage Information: interactions with listings, bookings, and platform features.
B. Location Information: IP-based or device-based location data.
C. Log Data: device type, browser, access times, and activity logs.
D. Transaction Information: payment amounts, dates, and related records.
3. Information from Third Parties
A. Linked third-party services may share account or profile data.
B. References submitted by others may appear on public profiles.
C. Background or verification data may be obtained where legally permitted.
D. Additional data from lawful third-party sources may be combined with platform data.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
